* The Trip is currently priced at £3,375 per person, however this includes the dorm room accommodation.
* The Room Upgrade is priced at £1,075 for a single room upgrade, or £1,110 for a twin room shared with one other person (so £555 per person).

If you are interested in the double room upgrade, we can match you up in pairs (same gender) or you can let me know how many people would be interested in sharing a twin room and who you are sharing with, or if you would prefer to have their own room.

You can chose your accommodation dormitory, single, twin or double rooms. They usually recommend that travellers over 50 opt for the upgraded rooms over dorms, for the added quiet and comfort!

It is not always guaranteed to be the same accommodation for both dorm and private rooms. This will come down to the availability at each place, as some do not offer both. If there are situations like this, the accommodations booked are usually very close (under 10-minute walk away).

It should be possible to do Japan first and then South Korea. Nicole will check with her Operations Team that they are happy for a tour to run in Japan early April, as this is peak season and Japan bookings need to be made much more in advance, so we will need to have a good timeline for these bookings to be made and finalised for our group!

Please be aware
We will be travelling in Japan in the peak season during the Cherry Blossom season, and so there will be a lot of tourists which can result in queues, schedule changes and just busy areas.

The deposit will be 10% of the trip price.
A deposit of £375 to be paid directly to the company. They accept the payment via Bank Transfer or Payment Link (credit/debit card). Payment details to follow

The Japan Team have now got back to me with a response, so here is the update from both teams:

* For Korea, the 12-day Itinerary should be fine to run providing that the first day in Seoul is either a Saturday, Sunday or Wednesday.
* If we run it on a Saturday or Sunday, there may be a couple of days switched in our itinerary but it would be mostly unchanged.
* Travellers will need to be at the first accommodation for 2pm on Day 1, after arriving from Japan.
* For Japan, Sunday 06-April would be a good start date here too. Some activities may need to be swapped around but again will follow a similar itinerary to what is advertised now.
* The trip date will be peak Cherry Blossom Season, so to guarantee availability of accommodation during this time, the team would recommend the twin/single room upgrade over dorm rooms, which are harder to guarantee.
* Depending on the number of people who joining this group, we may need a second Adventure Leader in Japan, which would increase the trip price slightly. We would be looking at around £130 GBP extra per person, if the group size is over 17 people.

With the information we have, we would be looking at the departure dates:

* Japan 13-day / Sunday 06-April to Friday 18-April 2025

Group would travel to Seoul on the 18th, flight included in trip price, and an additional night of accommodation to be booked in Seoul. Prices TBC.

* South Korea 12-day / Saturday 19-April to 30-April 2025

Trip would officially end in Jeju Island.
However, the flight back to Seoul can be added to the booking and is priced at £105 GBP per person.

Having the day between the tours would be quite nice to give everyone a rest after a busy 13-days in Japan.

If you would prefer the group to travel to Korea and start the tour all on one day, we can check with the Japan Team if it would be possible to start the tour on Monday 07-April instead.
