Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, located in Thekkady is the perfect example of nature's bounty with great scenic beauty and rich biodiversity. In this astounding location of Kerala, the Periyar National Park and Wildlife Sanctuary is considered as the most protected area for the elephants and the tigers.

Apart from Wild Elephants, you may find other animals such as Wild Pigs, Sambar, Gaur, Mouse Deer, Dole or Barking Deer, Indian Wild Dog and Tiger (watch all these while doing boating in a beautiful lake).

SPICE, COFFEE & TEA PLANTATIONS

You’ll have the chance to wander through the tea bushes (look out for birds and butterflies), see how it is harvested by hand and learn how it will become the drink so many of us adore. Then, sample different teas or enjoy a refreshing cup of coffee/ tea while soaking in the natural beauty of Munnar.

CRUISE & STAY IN A HOUSEBOAT

Get a unique glimpse at life afloat in Kerala’s Backwater Houseboat. The boat will cruise along narrow canals where we saw the full glory of village life as well as animals in their natural habitat feeding and grazing by the riverbanks. ALLEYPEY

Owing to its serpentine network of canals and backwaters, Alleypey is known as "Venice of the East". It is a different kind of experience, but definitely, not one to be missed.

Nestled amongst the rolling hills and the thick forests of Kerala, Thekkady is a place blessed with the bounties of nature. Along the Periyar River, you may get to see one of India’s most popular wildlife as these jungles of Periyar are home to langurs, bisons, sambars and tigers.
