## During this week's meeting, Jim McClure will discuss with us the use of Creative Financing in your real estate business.

## This weekly networking lunch is an opportunity to learn about a rotating series of current topics in Real Estate such as: Private Money Lending, How to improve your networking, Creative Financing, BRRR, Credibility Kits, Investing with retirement funds, Land Development, Subject To investing, Lease Options, How to ask for hard money, and many more. This is a great opportunity to network with a variety of real estate investors from all areas of real estate investing, beginners, seasoned experts, agents, bankers, hard money lenders, appraisers, property managers, general contractors… the list goes on and on. We start gathering at 11:30 and start the program at 12:00. We allow plenty of time for networking and typically have the topic presentation from 12:30-1:30. Come join us!
