**Festive Christmas Weekend Walking and Spa Break 2024.**

**Date: 7th - 8th December 2024**

Please RSVP to be considered to reserve your place and show interest. RSVP does not guarantee you a place. VIP members will have first refusal, if there are places available after confirmation, we will offer these to annual members. This is our placeholder ready for next year, and for interest only - Adults only for Party night and overnight stay. Children can join the day walks.

Deposit will be needed approx 4-6 months before the event. Our seasoned members are welcome to invite their partner/husband/wife to the party night, they do not need to attend the walk. But can join in the party and stay overnight. If annual members wish to join the party but not stay overnight this is also available as an option too. I will also be listing the walks separately on the page, for those who wish to join the walks only.

**IMPORTANT**

* Dogs are welcome on the walks. Please keep on a short leash at all times.
* Walking boots/shoes only. No trainers
* Warm layers and waterproofs are essential in bad weather.
* Packed Lunch, snacks, water and drinks are advisable.
* Cancellation is always avoided and may only be cancelled if numbers fall below 4 people to attend, and/or if the weather is to bad to allow it to be enjoyable.

**Itinerary:-**

**1st Day**
10.00am - Arrive at Hotel/Guest House/Holiday Home - Park up
10.30am - Head out for a lovely festive Walk
3.00pm - Check into Hotel/Guest House/Holiday Home
6.00pm - Meet downstairs for pre-drinks before our evening meal.
7.00pm - Festive Evening Meal and Entertainment

**2nd Day**
9.00am - Meet at Breakfast
10.30am - Check out of Hotel/Guest House/Holiday Home
11.00am - Optional - Festive Walk/Festive Drinks/Meal
