What we’re about
Hey there! If you've stumbled across this weird and wonderful mashup of improv + mindfulness, looking for a fun improv class that also focuses on wellness and social connection... you are in the right place!
This group takes a totally different approach to improv. Instead of focusing on being a good "actor," needing to be funny, or creating a competitive environment, our mindful improv classes create a safe and supportive space that helps people unearth the hidden benefits of improv: greater mindfulness, self-confidence, self-compassion, and mental agility... all while developing close connections and laughing your a** off.
Whether you're looking to improve your relationships, communication and public speaking, or just trying to be nicer to yourself (who isn't?), we got you. Join us for an immersion into the world presence and connection through the use of play.
