The Despair and Discovery Circle 

An opportunity to share your post-election despair! There is much to feel grief and anger and all the hard feelings about right now, as always…

From the Planetary to the Personal, all despair is interconnected.
Come experience the Work That Reconnects, a beautiful process for feeling and sharing the depth of our emotions for the ecological, humanitarian, and personal tragedies unfolding all around us on this amazing Planet.

The Despair and Discovery Circle is a place to witness and be witnessed; to be real, together. It is an opportunity to be with, feel, and express our despair in a Circle of truth-telling and compassion. This transformational experience can unlock within us a new way of being in the world.

The Despair Circle has been an ongoing opportunity since 2019. In 2025 there will be 6 opportunities to come together in this Circle at the Foundation of Light in Ithaca- every other first Monday of the month starting in February.

Betti can help you reclaim the Divine Feminine through developing your own Earth and Goddess-centered Shamanic Spiritual Practices.

Betti is passionate about working with Teens, Queer People, and anyone who feels despair for the Earth and Humanity. She is a Shamanic Healer, a Minister of the Church of Earth Healing, a Spiritual Empowerment Activist, a Fire Weaver and Fire Priestess, a Writer, a Facilitator of the Work That Reconnects, the Mother of two Sons, and the founder of Braided Root Waters Healing Sanctuary in Trumansburg, NY.

Elizabeth Sullivan is an ascension seeker who discovered creative visualization as a teen, practiced Buddhism as a young adult, explored a number of energetic healing modalities thereafter, and most recently unearthed Shamanic healing – a journeying she perceives as the coveted pathway home or return to the self, unfettered and joyous. Elizabeth is devoted to healing, transformation, and empowerment in this lifetime. In the Despair and Discovery Circle she fosters others by holding space for the transmutation of deep grief and despair into unbounded grace and love.
