Tucson Drum Circle Community

The intent of this group, Tucson Drumming Community, is to increase visibility and provide an easily found public face to drumming events in the Tucson area. We are drummers and always enjoy meeting other drummers, drumming fans, or those interested in learning to drum.
Events listed in this group are consolidated event posts from the Tucson Drumming Community Facebook group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/730321255748951), which we strongly encourage you to join if you are a Facebook user.

About the events…
Most of the events posted are regular, repeating gatherings in public spaces such as parks and are free for anyone to attend. These are drum circles or musical events and we encourage participation! Drum, dance, shake a tambourine, or even sing! Let’s make some music! Often there are a few extra drums or other instruments, and sometimes chairs. Please bring your own drum or other instrument if possible, and a chair if you will need one. Facilities may be limited so bring water or snacks if you will need those as well.

We will also post some related paid events and will do our best to make costs clear up front. These events may be participatory OR spectator events and may have limited capacity.

The owner of this group, Doc, is NOT the organizer of the events listed and generally does not have additional information about the events beyond that which is posted.
Although we will do our best to keep events updated, this group is a consolidation of event postings from other platforms and as such, last minute changes due to weather or other conditions may be delayed.
RSVP’s on events here will NOT be representative of actual event attendance in any way as this group is NOT the event host or manager. Most events are advertised in multiple other ways, and by word of mouth. However, RSVP’ing for an event here will ensure you are notified of any posted changes to the event.
