UK Property Network Coventry - June Meet Up

Hello to our fellow UK Property Investors and Wealth Builders

We are hosting our next Meet Up on 26th June 2018 at 19:30 hrs at our REGULAR VENUE; The Regency Hotel, Stratford Road, Shirley, B90 4EB, where we will be joined by Sue Sims the' Passionate Property Insider' to share her advice on how to successfully manage properties without letting agents.

Our format for the evening will be;

18:30 - 19:00 Networking in the BAR

19:00 - 19:30 Registration and Networking

19:30 - 20:00 Speed Networking / Question Time / Deal Clinic

20:00 - 21:00 Speaker for the Evening

21:00 - Networking in the Bar

Members and visitors are invited to join us in the bar for networking at 18:30 initially before moving to the meeting room at around 7:00pm for registration and a prompt 7:30 start.

Our speaker this month, is Sue Sims the Passionate Property Insider.

Sue has lived in Birmingham all her life and invested in a large property portfolio.

She bought her first property in 1987 and now own more than 40 properties. Sue's portfolio has grown organically through saving money, re-investing money and some refinancing. She owns a mixed portfolio of single BTLs, HMO's, and commercial property.

Sue started working in lettings in 2011 and went on to open her own lettings agency in April 2015. In September 2016, she set up a sourcing business to help investors find property in Birmingham and the Black Country with clients coming from as far a field as Australia and closer to home from London, Hertfordshire and Ireland.

In September 2017, I Sue set up Genie Rooms alongside Dave Portas and John Rees and we currently manage more than 150 HMO rooms in Birmingham, Black Country and Warwickshire

Lucy and I are looking forward to meeting up with everyone and welcoming new members. Remember to tell your friend colleagues and networks and bring them along, the more the merrier.
