What we’re about
Every 3rd Monday Join Maureen Andary, longtime Uke teacher and enthusiast, for a fun ukulele strum along at the School of Musical Traditions in Takoma Park, MD at 7112 Willow Avenue. Music provided and we’ll have free pizza to share. Come armed with a song to lead or simply show up and strum along for the ride! & throughout the year group classes opportunities will abound, starting in September 2024.
Registration recommended (for accurate pizza ordering) and walk-ins are welcome. This is not at the beloved House of Musical Traditions - it is at a separate, nearby ADA accessible facility with free parking!

Join us every THIRD MONDAY for a joyful and lively Takoma Park Ukulele Jam! **THIS EVENT IS AT 7112 WILLOW AVENUE TAKOMA PARK MD** REGISTER for the Jam here and donate if you feel so inclined!
Bring your ukulele and strum and sing a variety of popular tunes in a supportive and welcoming environment. Whether you're a seasoned musician or just starting out, everyone is encouraged to participate. If you want to lead a song, please do! We'd love to showcase as many voices as want to sing and give the instrumentalists an opportunity to either solo or strum along.
With free pizza dinner (including vegan and gluten free options!) this night always promises to be a memorable evening of music and community. Come join us for a night of music and fun with fellow musicians and music lovers!
