Hello Everyone!

Join us every Saturday morning in La Jolla-UTC area, for a revitalizing start to your weekend. Each session lasts about 60-75 minutes and features a structured routine that includes body movement (~5 min) (Yoga/QiGong), breath-focused mindfulness (~45 min), reflection/sharing (~5-10 min), and Metta (~5 min)

Our sessions are led by Satish Jaiswal, a Postdoctoral Researcher in Psychiatry at UCSD with a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience. Since October 2023, Satish has been dedicated to fostering a meditation community driven purely by passion, not profit.
