Unified Mindfulness Class
Details
The 1-hour weekly mindfulness classes introduce meditation practices in the Unified Mindfulness system that can be easily incorporated into daily life. The goal of Unified Mindfulness is to improve general well-being independent of life’s ups and downs by regularly practicing and improving concentration, clarity, and equanimity (aka mindfulness).
Each class is led by a Unified Mindfulness-certified coach and includes a brief introduction to each technique, a guided meditation, and a Q&A session. This is an 8-week class, but drop-ins are welcome. Attendance is free, and no prior experience with meditation is required. Chairs for seated meditation are provided, but participants are welcome to bring pillows and mats.
