From its source to Lake Geneva, the Rhône has been tamed by humans for 150 years. But the river has not said its last word! Following catastrophic floods, a gigantic construction site is working to widen and revitalise the Rhône, not without conflict with those who will lose their land.
This committed and poetic film, in the company of people who have a stake in the fate of the Rhône, is a journey that invites us to ask ourselves universal questions about our relationship with nature and the land.
