Adrienne Maree Brown is a powerful change maker with a hefty body of work built in large part around this concept of "Emergent Strategy". Her work includes this series of books that explore themes such as finding deep joy in activism, transformative justice, black feminist thinking and more. There are podcasts, activism networks, inspired literature and more surrounding her work. This study group intends to deeply study her work, rooted in the recommended 12 book series that includes work from 10 other authors. To pay respect to emergence, the group may shift to work with other study methods dependent on what feels most in alignment!

In this BRAND NEW ENDEAVOR we will be starting with her root text, "Emergent Strategy". Book club meets self development study group meets activism network.
