Poets' Corner at Unity

Hosted by Shane Morin, the December theme is Snow. With the idea and imagery on snow in mind, our writing prompt for December will be: Write a poem about your first memories of snow, incorporating all five senses. What do the sights smell like? What do the sounds taste like? We will be playing around with the idea of synesthesia in poetry, so have some fun with it.
We will also be reading from Frost's Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening, Wallace Stevens The Snow Man, and William Carlos Williams Winter Trees.

The evening includes reading, lively discussions and sharing our own works. We are at the McConnell Center in Dover, NH 61 Locust St.
