Immerse yourself in mindful meditation, breath work and chanting; explore ancient healing mantras, and engage in meditation in motion with Qigong and Tai Chi.

Experience the magic of Sound Healing featuring crystal bowls, Native American flutes, Didgeridoo, gongs, and more, designed to elevate your spirit and resonate with your soul.

This month, hear from Rev. Carol Richardson, who will bring beautiful fair trade cards and paintings from the Democratic Republic of Congo, where she was born right on the equator. She will share some of her favorite memories and experiences from Africa, reflecting on the values she learned while growing up and her return to the continent in 2005.

About Rev. Carol Richardson:
Rev. Carol is an oracle healer, channel, and medium, as well as a virtual coach and mystic meditation teacher. She serves as a lightworker training guide and practices a form of hypnotherapy for healing trauma and inner child issues. An award-winning author of four spiritual books, Rev. Carol is currently a PhD candidate in Philosophy, Cosmology, and Consciousness at the California Institute of Integral Studies
