Hi everyone,
Join us for a Walk and a Workout.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Our workouts are very explorative and about efficient and sustainable improvement with various starting points. We workout as a group but we make modifications for individuals so everyone can participate at their level.
We will meet at my place in Clearfield at 1 pm to meet. Then doing about a 10min walk around Barlow Park and landing at a nice shady spot to workout. We will start off with some stretches followed by some functional exercises and sticky hands drills. Then we will do a Tai Chi Form to Center and relax. Next, we will do some Escrema Stick Basics and Paired Drills, and finish up with the Tai Chi Form and a walk back to our starting point.
Again, we believe in working from where you are at and at your own pace. Growth is very personal and should not be compared to anyone else, except your own progress as reference. We try to have fun to help us all work together and destress while improving at our own individual paces. We welcome everyone who is willing to try(^-^)!
RSVP:
To RSVP, Txt Will at (801-380-8337) introduce yourself (First and Last Name) and let him know you will be coming. Then when you have been confirmed, you will be instructed about the rest of the RSVP procedure and given the address.
LOCATION/PARKING:
Address Will Be Provided Upon Txting Will (801-380-8337) and Confirmed RSVP.
Park along the street, but please be efficient with parking and also do not park within 6ft of any mail boxes.
