Enter the beach parking lot from Hollister Ave and park as far south as you can. Look for a happy man stretching on a lot of bright red mats.
What's class like?
The format is very simple. I'll demonstrate a technique, break it down into a few steps, and then the group breaks up into pairs to practice it for 5-10 minutes.
Then we come back together, ask questions, talk about what went right or wrong, then learn another technique!
The last 15 minutes of class is for "positional sparring" Where we start in that position we've been working on, and try to make the moves happen against a teammate offering increasingly real resistance.
After the 1hr class the mat opens for any use. Stretching, live sparring, more technique drilling, questions for coach etc.
Who's Teaching?

-10 years of Jiu-Jitsu experience (Purple Belt), 2 years coaching.
- Years of experience doing and coaching Gymnastics, Parkour, Climbing, Circus Arts, etc.
What do I wear?
Tight fitting athletic clothing, preferably without metal, zippers, etc.
PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY
You'll need to sign a waiver, and frequently the second technique we learn builds on the first so it can be challenging to drop in late.
