This class is an upper body strength workout, with lower body agility drills. We incorporate Bench presses, rows, cones, ladders, hurdles and are always changing up the workout to help you progress each week. All of our boot camps begin with mobility and stretching to keep you free from injury and enable you to move well in your daily life.
