Our theme this month is cosy mystery fiction. Cozy mystery is a sub-genre of crime fiction, where sex, violence, and cursing are kept to a minimum, and often happen off stage. The tone of cosies is generally light, comedic, and comforting.

**Everyone in My Family Has Killed Someone by Benjamin Stevenson (2022)**

Everyone in my family has killed someone. Some of us, the high achievers, have killed more than once. I'm not trying to be dramatic, but it is the truth. Some of us are good, others are bad, and some just unfortunate.
I'm Ernest Cunningham. Call me Ern or Ernie. I wish I'd killed whoever decided our family reunion should be at a ski resort, but it's a little more complicated than that.

Review: 'This has all the components I enjoy in a mystery: a family reunion set in a snowed-in resort, a gruesome murder, and ample suspects among those present. And with the dangle of everyone being some sort of killer, it reeled me in and kept me riveted. There were so many unexpected reveals along the way, and I was surprised more times than I can count.'

**A Deadly Bone to Pick by Peggy Rothschild (2022)**

**How to Solve Your Own Murder by Kristen Perrin (2024)**
