Time to step away from the desk and get outdoors! Join us on a moderate intensity, 4.8 mile hike along the Mountain Laurel and Carrick Creek trails in scenic Table Rock State Park. Remember to wear some sturdy shoes and bring water/trail snacks. The goal is to get outside, enjoy nature, meet new people, and catch up with old friends, so we won't be trying to set any speed records. At a moderate pace, expect to spend 2.5 - 3 hours on this hike, including a break in the middle to enjoy a small waterfall.

Entrance to the park is $6 per person, or free if you have an All Parks Passport.

Let’s wrap up the year with some holiday cheer! Join us at The Commons for our December Social, where we’ll celebrate the season with good food, drinks, and great company. Whether you’re a regular or new to the group, this is a perfect opportunity to unwind, connect with fellow remote workers, and get into the festive spirit.

The Commons offers plenty of options for food and drinks, so you can grab whatever you’re in the mood for while we enjoy some relaxed holiday vibes. We’ll have name tags to make it easy to mingle, and as always, everyone’s welcome—so bring a friend or two and spread the holiday joy!
