Join a small group for a mindful walk to slow down. We’ll explore the city from a new perspective, tuning into our senses and trying creative practices to connect with the city and each other. it’s a meaningful two hours with like-minded people and a great opportunity to make new friends!
During our walk, we will:
- Listen to the city’s soundscape and immerse ourselves in the unique rhythms around us.
- Explore the city’s textures, noticing surfaces we usually overlook.
- Practice slow walking, allowing us to notice and appreciate subtle details in our surroundings.
- Observe the city from new angles, shifting our usual perspectives and seeing familiar places in new ways.
- Engage in group activities, encouraging connection and shared discovery.
- Reflect on our relationship with the city by exploring thought-provoking questions
- Try photo or drawing exercises to capture impressions and reflect on the experience creatively.
