Dalyon Ruesch is the founder and CEO of Vitalpax, Inc., a leading dietary supplement manufacturing company based in La Verkin, Utah, dedicated to advancing the well-being of its colleagues, customers, and community. With over 15 years of experience in manufacturing, marketing, formulation, and international networking within the dietary supplement and personal care products industry, Dalyon has established himself as a prominent leader in the sector. Currently, efforts are underway to expand Vitalpax’s manufacturing services into the UK, further extending the company’s global reach and impact.
In addition to his role at Vitalpax, Dalyon serves a four-year term as an appointed member of the Utah District Export Council and is an active Board member of the World Trade Center Utah. He has also previously served as a member of the Utah Board of Governors.
Dalyon is pursuing an MBA with an emphasis on Leadership from Southern Utah University and holds an Executive Certificate in Global Business Management from The Mill at Salt Lake Community College. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Utah Tech University.
Dalyon’s journey into the health industry was deeply personal. His oldest daughter, Isabella, was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia at just 10 months old. This life-changing experience ignited his passion for health and wellness, leading him to found Vitalpax in 2014. Today, Isabella is cancer-free, and Dalyon’s commitment to diet, vitamins, and personal care remains central to both his personal and professional life.
Fluent in Spanish, a skill he developed while serving a mission in Venezuela for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Dalyon has forged strong relationships with domestic and international corporations, driving growth and innovation at Vitalpax. In 2021, Governor Cox participated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the expansion of Vitalpax’s La Verkin facilities, which have since grown to employ over 120 people, significantly contributing to the local economy and fostering collaborations with local universities.
Dalyon and his wife, Cassie, are the proud parents of seven daughters and one son.
