ACCESS:
The front door is locked at 6pm, so you’ll need to go around to the back entrance. Look for the Oasis sign above which points to a purple/pink door. We’ll try to make sure there’s someone with a pride flag at one of our tables.
PARKING:
There are spaces in the lot behind Oasis that you may park in, and the lot is accessible from 300 E (there is a small gate, but when the gate is up, there's no charge for parking). Otherwise, you may need to find street parking. Transit is also an option! The store is on the same block as the TRAX Red Line (Library Station) and there are 2 bus stops as well for the 4 and 455 buses.
ADDITIONALLY:
You may play the used board games at the store. They simply ask that you bring it to an employee who will unwrap the game for you and make note of who has it. If you check out a game, PLEASE keep track of it and remember to return it before leaving!!!
• If you can't make it and have RSVP'd, please don't forget to cancel your RSVP. We have limited space, so please don't let a seat go to waste! Also, having an accurate count of how many people are coming is very important.
• If you bring a board game, make sure you can identify it as yours -- we don't want anyone getting their games mixed up!
• The event is for adults only.
• Bring snacks and/or drinks if you can. Their small café is currently not serving.
• We will have nametags for everyone to get to know each other's names.
