Passkeys: WebAuthn isn't hard. And it's kinda great. w/ AJ ONeal (and Pizza!)

I'm going to explain Passkeys (Touch ID, Windows Hello, etc) and how to easily integrate them into your web application.

Passkeys (a.k.a. WebAuthn, previously FIDO) is one of the best technologies to ever make it to web development.

And despite the millions of marketing dollars going into trying to convince you "don't roll your own auth", this is auth and you can (and probably should) roll your own.

If you can JSON and Base64, you can WebAuthn.
