Join us for a delightful social gathering amidst nature's beauty! We'll embark on a scenic hike to a breathtaking spot where you can bask in the glory of summer sunsets or the enchanting city lights during winter evenings. Our primary objective is to cultivate a strong sense of community, ensuring that hikers of all proficiency levels can partake in this adventure.
This event is a collaboration between the Utah Outdoors group and our Slow Hikers Unite Utah community on Facebook. We're also excited to extend our invitation to members of Davis County Outdoors.
Meet Bryant, the event organizer. Feel free to visit his Facebook profile to familiarize yourself with the person leading the hike if that makes you more comfortable.
Safety Essentials:
To ensure everyone's safety, please bring headlamps as we might return in the dark. We recommend rechargeable Black Diamond headlamps such as the Astro 300-R (recommended), or the Storm 500-R which is the brighter choice. Trekking poles can help you maintain you balance, many of us use them regularly.
