This is the weight lifting of yoga. We hold poses for 2-4 minutes while incorporating deep breath work. This class has a strong focus on balance, alignment and prana. Flow is not a concern in this class. Endurance and muscle growth is the goal.
Classes are free under the 2 week free class trial at UV Self Defense

Persons are welcome to bring along children as well have a toy room across from open floor mat.
Classes are casual and children are welcome to come sit by their mothers and leave as they please.
Yoga mats are encouraged but not required as our open flooring is padded and regularly cleaned and sanitized.
