Welcome to the Vancouver Entrepreneurs’ Hurdles & Solutions Circle!
As entrepreneurs, we face similar challenges and obstacles, but how we navigate these issues can vary based on our experiences and knowledge. In this group, we come together to discuss our current hurdles and share our approaches to overcoming them. This is a space where you can explain the difficulties you're facing and receive valuable insights from fellow entrepreneurs who have encountered similar issues.
Our goal is not to dictate what you should do but to offer a range of perspectives and solutions that have worked for others. For instance, if you're struggling with making your sales team achieve their goals, we’ll discuss how different members set KPIs, manage sales funnels, and use motivation techniques.
