Join us for a 15 day Everest Base Camp trek to the world’s highest mountain, Mt. Everest. Whether your goal is a physical challenge, a mental break from your day-to-day, or to immerse yourself in the stunning landscapes of the Himalayas, this trek will have you transformed. Our carefully designed itinerary ensures you proper acclimatization for a smooth ascent before trekking to Kala Patar (5,550m/18,204ft) and Everest Base Camp.
You’ll start and end in Kathmandu, taking a trans-Himalayan flight to mountainous Lukla, embarking on a trail which takes you through famous Sherpa villages and to the world's highest Buddhist monastery. Each day is dotted by a variety of landscapes while you soak in ancient Himalayan culture and get to know your local guides.
At the heart of our Everest Base Camp trek is a respect for nature as well as the community that lives to protect it. Our team is managed by professional, licensed guides following responsible tourism practices who are trained in Eco Trekking, Intensive Wilderness First Aid, and Conservation and Biodiversity. Throughout the trek, you’ll learn not just about the history of Mt. Everest but the unique landscape that shaped the people and culture who call the region home.
You can also continue your journey with our 11-day Discover Nepal itinerary as well as our 5-day Welcome to Bhutan excursion.
