Deep down what all people want is to be happy. But life is full of pain, and we are weighed down by all the emotional and psychological baggage we have picked up over time. This baggage keeps us living life as some distorted version of ourself, making us feel small, stressed, and with a sense of lack that won't go away.
With meditation it is possible to taste life without all this weight pulling us down. We can get a glimpse of our true nature that is full of joy, compassion, and stable groundedness. In this way, bit by bit, we heal our negative beliefs and attitudes, revealing more and more the perfect being we were born to be and have always been underneath it all.
This healing meditation is good for people with all levels of experience.
