If you can't make it, change your RSVP asap, no shows are no good and previous and suitability is checked. Going and Waiting lists and Group size is limited and strictly managed. Pls understand, by RSVPing on the waitlist, it doesn't assume you are going and this is not necessarily first come, first served. You must have some recognizable profile pic to join. This requires likeminded, cooperating, committed participants.

We will go from Seymour base to Dog Mountain, then loop possibly mystery bluffs or first lake.

Moderate to difficult hike
Distance 8km loop
Elevation 300m
hike time around 6-7 hours
Wear appropriate attire, water proofs, layers, ankle boots! For yourself bring packed lunch, snacks, water. Poles if needed, good sense hiking needs, small Emergency light. whistle, If you have Bear spray, horn,
Will do some mins warm up/stretch exercises at start, take short stops 3 KM intervals, at the top, longer stop, have lunch.
If carpooling make it convenient for the driver to pick you up , put your stuff in the boot/trunk, not in salon to avoid marks to the upholstery, bring second set of shoes so you don't take mud/dirt into the driver's car. Pay some money to Driver as they accept, $5 to $10 depending on location pickup.
