Hello friends,

Join us from 3 to 7 PM for an afternoon of miniature painting! Whether you’re new to the hobby or already have some experience, everyone is welcome to pick up a brush and get creative. While we may have some shared art supplies for up to five people, we strongly encourage you to bring your own miniatures, paints, and brushes. Wet palettes will be provided. This event will take place at a local coffee shop and is open to the public, so please remember to clean up after yourself and be considerate of other customers.

This is a meetup for painting miniature figurines used for tabletop rpg games, such as Dungeons and Dragons and Warhammer.

We have some rules that we expect everyone to follow, so please read them carefully:

* **Do not RSVP unless you are 100% sure** you are going. If you violate this and do not show up, I'll remove you from future events that I host.
* **Late cancellations** will be considered a "**no show**." Late means canceling on the same day as the event.
* **Everyone MUST RSVP**. Do not show up unannounced. We do not know how it will go or how packed the location will be on that particular day, so PLEASE do not add to the chaos.
* Be **respectful** to other participants and their boundaries. Some might no be comfortable shaking hands, some might not be comfortable you touching their stuff, etc.
* You must **order at least one item** at the coffee shop for obvious reasons!
* There is no guarantee that we all can sit together. If you go early, please save a spot for others.
* **Waitlist management**: Please note that this is meetup primarily dedicated the regular members of our meetup. We have a limited space and need to be selective about the attendees. As a result, we will chose regular members from the waitlist to honor their dedication to the group. If you are a new member and have difficulties joining this meetup, please join us in our alternative events, where we have much more flexibility about the space.
