This group is for vegans worldwide or specifically in Berlin who are experiencing grief and seeking support and self-care strategies.
There are unique challenges and emotions that come with navigating the world as a vegan, and we provide a safe space to share, connect, and feel better together.
This group does not replace therapy.
Whether you are grieving the end of a relationship, the loss of a loved one (including non-human animals), or feeling overwhelmed by the state of the world --- this group is here to offer compassion, understanding, hope, community, friendship and practical tools for self-care.
