“Connecting You with Yourself (CYWY)” is a community located in Morrison, CO, which offers great online presentations and yoga sessions. My name is Ron, I’m your Organizer, and I want to share these opportunities with you.

**About Empowering Mindful-Intentional Yoga:**
Yoga means Union. You will be encouraged to connect with and honor your body, its past history, and right where you are today. Zoom classes require YOU to be responsible for not doing too much or too little. You will have lots of options to find your yoga. All classes are taught in a multi-level style. Be sure to gather supportive props before class - mat, blocks, blanket, strap, water bottle, bolster, an eye pillow, and whatever else you like to have. Don't have props? Reach out to me for things you can use that you might just have around your home. Because this is a live yoga class, focused on keeping the feeling of community, I encourage you to share your desires, questions, and concerns so we can address them before or after class. Your feedback and constructive ideas for the future are always welcomed. Please log in a few minutes early. Thank you! See you on Zoom.

Nancy Markow is the founder of Connecting You with YourSelf (CYWY) in East Morrison, Colorado, and a CO-IEA Board member. She weaves together 20+ years of diverse studies and applications, sharing a personal and creative approach. Her offerings include an Empowered Living Intensive Course for those interested in learning Enneagram as a pathway for transformation, weekly Intentional Living Circles for those seeking a supportive community and inspiring topics, and Multi-level Empowering Yoga classes.
