Come enjoy lunch and learn from Rich Ferrandino of Revive The Future! He will share a wealth of knowledge about how you can easily incorporate the following into your life:
Sleep well
Getting a good night's sleep is important for our bodies to rest and heal.
Move well
Moving well is important for building strength, balance and flexibility.
Self Aware
Being aware and mindful of one's thoughts and feelings and the ability to sit silently can help relieve stress
Others
Connecting with others through generosity and/or charity gives a sense of purpose and well being
Eat well
Eating well is a natural way to nourish and repair the body.
Feel well
Feeling well leads to sleeping well, moving well and eating well. (CYCLE)
Nature
Connecting with nature by walking outdoors, through the woods or on the beach does wonders for one's wellbeing.
