**About the Class**
Join Tiffany for a lovely morning mindful Yoga flow practice that is suitable for all-levels of experience. Expect a slower beginning to connect body and mind through breathing techniques and mindful awareness and then a slower paced yoga flow connecting movement with breath. Gentle stretches and a period of pause in Svasana, leave you feeling deeply aligned mind, body and spirit.
**How to JOIN**
**You are welcomed as a guest at the hotel, and space is limited. R.S.V.P. is required here on the Meetup app.** Unlike our regular park class, these classes, held at Zachari Dunes, are a pay per class option. Please park at the hotel (parking is validated) and go directly into the lobby to the right (passed the lovely fireplace) to **Henry's Gear Rental to pay for your participation each time you have signed up for class. From Henry's follow the path passed the pool and just outside the gate that leads to the beach. Yoga is set up to the right on the Playa Vista Lawn.
