ABOUT SUNDAY SOUL
Let’s get playful and soulful! Madeline has been teaching yoga for 3 years and is trained in vinyasa, aerial, and yin yoga. She’s also a student of clinical psychology which allows her to translate somatic, emotional, and mental awareness to mindfulness practices. We start slow with breathwork and meditation, stretch deep, flow strong, then slow it back down for a nice long savasana. We welcome laughing at ourselves and being with any and all emotions that may come up. This is a practice towards Wholeness, which includes the light, the shadow, and everything in between.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN CLASS
Whether you are joining us for the first time or have been with us for a while, you are welcome and nurtured by Madeline and the community here. Expect a somewhat slower-paced, yet potent practice where you are offered variations to suit your needs.

THIS IS A DONATION-BASED OFFERING.
These classes are offered freely, but your donations are deeply appreciated and help to support Madeline’s education and continued offerings.

Please arrive on time to this practice. Parking can take time, so arrive at least 10 minutes before class, as we begin promptly at 9:30 am. Class will be on the lawn to the right of the Oak Tree usually). Please bring:
• A Yoga mat (it helps also to have a beach blanket or towel for underneath your mat)
• 1 or 2 Yoga blocks if you have them available (highly suggested), and your water bottle. A journal may also be a option to bring to write down your reflections after class.
• An Open Heart & Mind: This is a community of like-hearted individuals and respect for others, loving-kindness and compassion are practiced.
Please arrive with the deepest intention to be kind, respect others and help us to create a safe container for the practice. ALL ARE WELCOME HERE.
