What we’re about
In this group, we will be doing yoga Gentle/ Restorative Yoga mixed with some Vinyasa Flow and Meditation online and in person
To Prepare:
Yoga Mat with space
A blank space of wall to put our feet up
Comfortable clothes
Pillow or bolster
Blanket
Water
Yoga Strap or similar
light weights (2 lbs or lighter)
Tripod for viewing and zoom access/ or computer that allows you to follow and hear and/ or see the flow clearly
