Welcome to church. Join us every Sunday for Breathwork with explorative plant medicines each week with Peter Allen. Peter is a breathwork artist using his experience as a visual artist to guide your journey. With Wim Hof method as a starting point, Peter combines science and spirit using Buteyko and Pranayama sourced techniques.
