VRC Saturday Long Run
Details
Get a running start to your weekend with our bi-monthly long run on the 2nd and 4th Saturday each month now at 8am for the fall through spring.
We will review the basic route of about 7.5 miles prior to starting. Routes do vary so sign up for our email distro (below) to receive and review them in advance. Shorter options are available and you can always add more distance along the W&OD trail.
Afterward join us all for post-run conviviality, coffee, and breakfast at Caboose Tavern by mile marker 12.
