Morning Organic Flow - 60 mns
Vinyasa flow class for all level.
We move gradually from easy warming-up poses to more flowing sequence that will awaken your body and give a sense of clarity to feel ready for the day ahead.

Classes are held in small group to provide personalized advises (up to 10)

Organic Flow Studio is located at R. Almeida e Sousa 3, 3 andar (last floor)
It's an intimate, bright and elegant space that is aimed to bring a zen and uplifting feeling.
Once entering the studio, Organic flow Classes are in the upstair studio, at the Roof-top level: so you have to GO UP THE WHITE STAIRS to access the roof-top Studio (see picture).
Please leave your shoes as soon as you enter in the Studio as we keep the space clean.

IMPORTANT: Please, booking is mandatory prior to the class
to be sure there is spots left (as regular students don't use Meet-Up anymore) and be sure that the class is happening, because sometimes schedule can change

Some advices:

• Come 5 mns before the class, the studio opens 10 mns before the start.
• Avoid eating a lot before practicing, eating light is better.
• Bring eventually a sweater or something warmer for the end of the class (relaxation) (We provide organic blankets too)
• The Upstairs Studio is fully equipped
• Please enter and move inside the Studio quietly as it's possible that there is another session already going on (in the other practice room or in the therapeutic room).

Payment on-site: 12 euros (Pass 5 classes), 15 euros otherwise
