What we’re about

Designed for beginners and intermediates, this workshop helps participants to clear blockages and cultivate balance in the body. We will learn about combining yoga with flower essence that facilitates energy movement. The practice will start with pranayama (breathing exercises) and the Sun Salutation sequence, followed by asana postures that strengthen and stretch the legs, arms and spine. The class ends with a Deep Relaxation practice that is seldom taught in mainstream yoga studios. Homework and one-on-one consultation are included in the workshop.

About the teacher
Frances has been practicing yoga for 18 years and is a certified Dharma Yoga & Universal Yoga teacher. She focuses on bringing awareness to the body and helping her students connect to their inner wholeness. She is also a long-time meditation practitioner and integrates yoga, flower essence and meditation in her daily practice. She is especially grateful to meditation teachers, Thich Nhat Hanh and Mingyur Rinpoche, in helping her realize her true nature.
