What we’re about

Vipassana or silent hikes is a way to be present with the person or group of people in the nature, without talking or communicating throughout the written notes!
Sometimes we like to hike alone, but sometimes we prefer company to hike with!
Sometimes we don’t have much motivation to go for a solo hike, but we like to be outdoors!
Those who like being in nature, but sometimes they don’t have much motivation to head there, would find this practice interesting, inspiring and motivational!
Hikes with someone are always more motivational, more destination achievable, more difficult, and sometimes even competitive, because we simply have person who is waiting or pushing us to hike!
Also hikes with someone make us share the energy, feel the presence of other person/group of people, feel secure, feel safe, feel that we’re not alone on this specific journey, feel that someone else is experiencing same
difficulties/enjoyment/beauty what I experience!
Have a company for a hike is more relaxing, more safer, and even more peaceful if we don’t talk during the journey!
Benefits which I personally noticed with Vipassana/silent hikes are incredible!
Beauty starts when we starts hiking with another
person/group of people,
we would love to say something, share something, comment something, sometimes even complain a little bit about difficulty of specific trail, but we simply can’t!
This is where practice starts to kick off!
Silent hikes make us to stay with our own thoughts, thoughts which are always appearing and disappearing!
Being present with our thoughts, without distractions (hike is distraction too, but little bit different distraction) teaches us how to notice our thoughts, why certain thoughts appear in the certain time, where is the root of the thought, where is beginning of the thought, notice when we collapse in the same subject thoughts patterns and refocus on the present moment, notice where did this “same subject thoughts pattern” start, and that in most cases it doesn’t bring any meaning or lessons, in most cases thoughts are just there without teaching us, without helping us with the conclusions, they are just there!
And those thoughts distract us from being present with nature, clouds, wind and all alive beings around us, thoughts are simply disconnect us from being present, and that’s why we always trying to distract ourselves with watching on the screens, reading, playing games, working, keeping our hands busy, and of course talking to other people!
We distract ourselves because sometimes we overwhelmed by our own thoughts, sometimes it’s too much, but noticing thoughts, being with them, teaches us how to quickly refocus on the present moment!
So Vipassana or silent hikes offers us practice, practice of sharing energy/space with another person/group of people and practicing to notice our own thoughts patterns!

And when we reach our silent hike destination, I would love to introduce you to the Traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony!
Traditional Chinese tea ceremony is a way to be present in the moment, and communicate with the people or with yourself!
It’s a way of meditating which brings all our attention into an actual tea preparation!
Tea ceremony takes up to 60 minutes to complete, and this time allows us to connect, connect with the people, connect with ourselves if we drink it alone, and of course connect to the present moment which comes when we put all our attention into water all over the tea set, specially when water being reflected by sunlight, steam which smoothly play on the wind and all the details which appear once we calm our thoughts and bring our attention to the tea preparation.
Gathering of people always requires two things which is food and beverages!
Chinese tea ceremony is a sober way of gathering, it gives us an hour or so of connection/conversation which is healthy, sober and meditative!
