What we’re about
Our virtual book club meets every final Wednesday of the month. This is a social club for men and women in their 20s-30s to explore the anxious attachment style and push ourselves toward growing more secure in a safe and shared setting. The book for the October meeting is Attached: The New Science of Adult Attachment and How It Can Help You find--and Keep--Love by Amir Levine and Rachel Heller.
More about the group:
The reading material for the WildflowerWords Virtual Book Club is mapped out for the year (a complete list is provided after joining) and is specifically geared toward those with an anxious attachment style who want to become more secure in themselves and their relationships. It's important to note that I am not an expert in this field BY ANY MEANS! I created this group as a fellow anxious attacher who realizes the importance of community and support, especially with those who can relate 🙂↕️
WildflowerWords will meet virtually once a month for two hours to socialize and discuss the self-improvement book we read that month, really diving in to how it made us feel and any lesson, realization, or inspiration pulled from it. Because the group is also meant to provide a sense of community, we'll also have a group chat for anyone who wants to stay connected in between meetings. So, if you're looking for a gentle environment to really self explore, heal, and grow - with the opportunity to make friends - become a Wildflower ❤️
