This a great opportunity for new and returning members to gather! Come and meet others working through depression and anxiety. We will do introductions, have time for sharing stories, and of course you can eat or grab a coffee. Please note, we are each responsible for our own checks.

Each meeting will include a review of our community guidelines.

Note: RSVP required to allow host time to prepare for the group size. PLEASE RSVP yes even if you are unsure if you will come. Meetings with not attendees listed will be canceled at 5:00 pm, day of event.

Safe Gathering Guidelines:

* Do not come if you show any signs of illness
* Wear a mask if you are not vaccinated
* Avoid physical contact with other members
* Do not share food or drinks with other members
* Wash hands or use hand sanitizer before touching common surfaces
