Join us for an intensive group training session to enhance your fundamental volleyball skills. Whether you're a beginner eager to learn or an intermediate player striving to refine your techniques, this session is tailored to elevate your game.

- 18:50 - Gym Opens (Player Responsibilities)
- 19:00 - 19:55 - Training Session
Location: Putseplein 20, Rotterdam
### Session Outline:
- 18:50 - 19:00: Gym opens. Please arrive promptly to change into sports attire and set up nets.
- 19:00 - 19:04: Warm-up with Jumping Rope
Prepare your body with a 4-minute warm-up using jumping ropes to increase heart rate and loosen muscles. - 19:04 - 19:20: Part I - Footwork Focus
Learn the critical importance of proper footwork in volleyball. Engage in dynamic exercises including jump ropes, ladder drills, and specific exercises for approach jumps and block jumps. - 19:20 - 19:40: Part II - Ball Techniques Mastery
Break down essential ball techniques such as passing, setting, volleying, attacking, and serving. Focus on correct form and execution to improve your skills. - 19:40 - 19:55: Part III - Gameplay
Depending on participant numbers, enjoy a friendly scrimmage to apply your newfound skills in real-game scenarios. This supportive environment encourages learning through play.
### Pricing Options:
- Four participants: €21.75 per person
- Six participants: €14.50 per person
### Requirements:
- Comfortable sportswear and athletic shoes.
- Volleyball (if available).
- Water bottle for hydration.
