This isn't a "real" event. I have sent out notifications to the group but not everyone receives them, hence this supposed event to communicate the future.

Unless you are new to Volunteer Louisville (& if you are, please write me directly), you are aware that coming up, Meetup will be almost doubling my cost to have this group (I have never charged dues for VL), they will be charging anyone who joins a group $10 a month and that many groups will be departing here for other locations.
You can NOT be charged unless you have a credit card on file with them.
While I pay Meetup to have groups, there have never been dues for you members. Still have not found us a permanent, comparable home for where RSVPs are kept in order, I can send a mass email/event out like this one, etc.

In the meantime, I still need several things from you please:

Thank you for your loyalty to this group over the years. I took it over in January 2015. We've been together for over 10 years (since January 2014) when VL was founded.

Hope to hear from you. We will be gone from Meetup no later than the beginning of December! Don't procrastinate like I do-write me \*now\*. ;)
