We welcome everyone, including innovators, developers, inventors, storytellers, content producers, entrepreneurs, hackers, programmers, pioneers, and adventurers. Join us to be in touch with ARVR news, events and learn something new to get your development to the next level.
Our goals:
· To built a vibrant XR community in SWFL to work towards the future of immersive possibilities;
· To help local companies to adopt XR technology;
· To help XR community to keep in touch with news happening around the world;

Majid PourmemarMajid Pourmemar will dive into cutting-edge techniques used to predict user behavior, teach how to design interfaces that people love, and explores the magic of AR from the perspective of both users and creators.
Majid Pourmemar is a 3D Graphics Software Engineer at Arthrex, working with the AR/VR team to create real-time applications for medical education and marketing. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Concordia University, where his research focused on predicting human performance in immersive environments. Majid has also worked as a software engineer at PassiveLogic and Magicplan, developing AR/VR technologies. His research interests include using AI to enhance user interfaces and experiences in AR/VR. He has been an active paper reviewer for IEEE’s ISMAR since 2023.

James, a Web Developer for the Minnesota Twins focuses on visualizing baseball data in a 3D environment. He is working towards enhancing the game of baseball through AR/VR tools.
