This class offers deep physical and mental relaxation using asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathwork), and yoga-nidra (guided relaxation), before finishing with an immersion into yoga sound. Nourishment for the well-being of body, mind and soul.
Unlike most forms of meditation you do not need any experience to feel the benefits. This practice is non-sectarian and is for everyone; regardless of race, nationality, religion, age, gender or any other external designations

We get some questions about bringing children. At most of our programs we welcome bringing the whΔnau (such as kirtan) but this class is very meditative and quiet so they may get a bit restless. If you think they can participate and not disturb the other group members during this time please feel welcome to bring them.
