**If you don't have a Wake Forest Rec Card (ONLY IF WE WALK INSIDE), please arrive a few mins early to get one so we can walk the inside track if it's too hot or too cold. The people at the desk are very helpful and in 5 mins will have you a Rec Card. The Rec Card is FREE for Wake Forest residents OR $25 an individual, $50 a family for A YEAR.
