Brighton Wake Up Sangha Meeting
Details
Wake Up Brighton is a gathering of individuals under 35 (under 35-ish, folks who are a bit older but identify with this stage of life are very welcome). We practice in the Plum Village tradition of Buddhism, founded by Thich Nhat Hahn. We engage in a variety of meditations, talks and readings. Please be aware that you do not have to identify as Buddhist to attend.
We meet on the first Thursday of every month between 6.45pm-9pm in central Brighton, Room 6, Friends Meeting House, Ship Street, Brighton, BN1 1AF. We ask folks to arrive 6.30pm for a 6.45pm start. Sessions are run on donation. Unfortunately our venue is not on the ground floor so if you have access needs we are happy to having a conversation to see if there are any adjustments we can make.
What to bring: Cushions are provided but you are welcome to to bring any materials of your own.
Please email us any questions at [email protected] as we check that more than Meet Up.
A lotus to you :)
